What can I use the cash for?
Professionals can use Fairly Cash for continuing education, certifications, equipment, transportation, emergencies, or managing income between shifts. It provides flexibility to invest in your work and career.
How do I apply?
Eligible professionals can apply directly through their Fairly account with a quick application process. The application is designed to be simple and takes only a few minutes. Dental professionals must complete 4 shifts on Fairly before gaining access to Fairly Cash.
How long does approval take?
Applications are typically reviewed within 24 hours. If additional information is needed, our team may reach out before completing the review. Approved professionals can receive funds shortly after completing the agreement.
Does applying impact my credit score?
No. Applying for Fairly Cash does not impact your credit score. The application uses a soft review to evaluate eligibility.
Do I have to pay interest on Fairly Cash financing?
No, you’ll pay one flat fee that does not change. You won’t pay any interest on top of this fee.
How is this flat fee calculated?
The flat fee is calculated based on a variety of factors, including your banking history, as well as your track record, reliability, and the overall value of your shifts with Fairly Staffing.
When do I need to pay the flat fee?
The flat fee is included in your payment total so you’ll automatically pay it through a recurring debit from your bank account until the total amount is paid.
Can I pay my financing early?
Yes, you can make additional payments or pay the total amount owed in full at any point by clicking the "Make Payment" button in your dashboard within Fairly Cash. There are no additional fees for early payment.
Will applying affect my ability to accept shifts?
No. Applying for or using Fairly Cash does not impact your ability to book shifts or work through the platform.
How is eligibility determined?
Eligibility is based on multiple factors, including your activity and history on the Fairly platform. Not every applicant will qualify, but eligible professionals will see available offers during the application process.
What if I’m not approved? Can I apply again?
Yes. If you are not approved, you can reapply after 90 days. Your eligibility may change as your activity on the Fairly platform grows.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Applications and financial information are handled securely through the Fairly platform and its infrastructure partners.
